All payments are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future dig if rescheduled. Because access is limited and weather conditions can vary, please book only when you’re confident in your schedule.
Tools & Safety
Motorized or power tools are not permitted. Bring your own hand tools, gloves, and safety glasses. We recommend a small shovel, rock hammer, chisel, and durable workwear. Safety gear is required at all times.
Carry In, Carry Out (Leave No Trace Policy Enforced)
Please take out everything you bring in—including tools, food, trash, and gear. Help us preserve the raw beauty of this 20-acre Sedona landscape by leaving no trace behind.
Restrooms
There are no restrooms or running water on site. Please plan accordingly before arrival and prepare for a true off-grid experience in nature.
Attire
Wear closed-toe boots and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Conditions can change quickly in Sedona, so check the weather and dress for sun, dust, or cooler mountain breezes.
Food & Water
Bring plenty of drinking water, snacks, and a packed lunch. There are no concessions or water sources on the claim. Staying hydrated is essential—especially during warmer months.
Site Conduct
Respect the land, boundaries, fellow nembers, guides, guests, and follow guidelines. KMC reserves the right to remove anyone who disregards safety or site rules. Refill all your holes.
Pets
Leashed pets are welcome, but must remain under control at all times. The terrain can be rugged and temperatures high—please consider your pet’s safety and comfort before bringing them along.
